Barack Obama Facts

The facts about Barack Obama. Whatever you think about him, he is our first minority president. Some may not think he's done a very good job, but I'm afraid John McCain and then Mitt Romney would have been worse, maybe a lot worse. I really think he's been a big improvement over former president George W. Bush. For one thing, we seem to be relatively at peace now.  The Afghanistan War seems to have largely wound down. I think the big thing that has made Barack, whom I voted for, a big improvement over Bush or Romney has been outsourcing. An estimated 10,000,000 jobs were outsourced to Communist China alone under Bush. We could use those 10,000,000 jobs back now. A lot of our unemployed have given up looking for jobs. The place to look for them is China, among other places. Shipping your country's jobs overseas I think is treason. And we know that Romney, our alternative in the last election, had a long history of strongly supporting outsourcing. The last thing we needed is some more of that nonsense. The Republicans are good at playing politics, but to me it's not a game. Who cares about Benghazi or some of these other "scandals" they're trying to dig up? I don't.  And I agree with President Obama that we should raise the minimum wage. Jimmy Carter did. It helped the economy then and it would again. So, is President Obama perfect? No. Far from it. But he's not perfectly awful as his successor was and his opponents would have been.

Donald Sterling's Wife Set To Sell Clippers

Shelly Sterling meets with former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer Sunday afternoon. The subject of the meeting is selling the Clippers. The meeting will take place at Shelly's Malibu, California mansion. Donald Sterling has surrendered control of the team to her.

We're told Shelly can see the handwriting on the wall. The NBA demands the team sold. But she wants to do it on her own terms.  She and her lawyer  have secretly met with NBA Commissioner Adam Silver to see if they might be able to reach an agreement whereby Shelly will have the right to voluntarily sell the team.

Nicole Kidman L'Wren Scott Suicide

Nicole Kidman is reportedly devastated by her 25 year friend L'Wren Scott's, girlfriend of Mick Jagger and fashion designer, apparent suicide recently. Nicole's 7 year marriage to Australian country crooner Keith Urban is also reportedly on shaky ground lately.
